Hi, my name is Keesha and I am 31 years old.
I want to lose weight! Like a lot of woman I’ve been down this road before and each time I lose about 15lbs maybe 20lbs but I never maintain or keep myself on track. This is the occasion that I really want to make a change and stick to it. I want to be able to try on ALL kinds of clothes and NOT be discouraged because my wings (arms) look too big or my back fat is protruding or you can see that little under arm flab is sticking out..uggh! From these descriptive words, you get it…..I need to lose weight!

My Goals:
1) Lose 20 -25lbs by June 2010
2) Workout at least 3x a week
3) Be consistent!!!!!
4) Lose 50lbs by December 2010
5) Stay motivated!!!

My Program:
1) Tracking my food/carlorie intake
2) Pack my gym bag for the week
3) Trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day

Things I like:
Colors: ummm, no favorite colors but I wear a lot of black and brown
Song: Too many to name but you'll hear most of them at the reception!
Bible verse: John 3:16 and Jeremiah 1:5
Season: Fall, because it‘s the start of the Holiday seasoning!
TV Shows: Too many but I’ll list a few…..Lost, Fringe, Law & Order(all 3), Project Runway and So You Think You Can Dance
Movies: ohhhh I love movies but here our some timeless classics for me: Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail. LOL..yes I’m a romantic J)
Sports Teams: Not really into sports but my family will kill me if I don’t say…Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Hobbies: Spending time with my family particularly with my nieces and nephews, hanging out with my BFFs, traveling
Food: After Thanksgiving my grandmother makes a Turkey Hash…ohhhh it is my favorite
