I started SparkPeople May 16, 2010 with the goal of losing 65lbs. That would take me from being obese to the line between overweight and healthy based on the BMI.
I reached that goal 27 weeks later.
Now, my goal is to lose an additional 10 lbs. (by my birthday -- April 2011), while reducing my body fat by 3% through a more active weight lifting program.
Sorry, no more Bojangles on the way to work. Eating less than 1800 calories per day, and tracking everything that goes into my mouth. Doing cardio at least 5 days per week, and weight training at least 3.
