I want to lose 80 pounds in 2013. That makes my weekly weight loss goal 1.5 pounds. That seems reasonable to me.
I will be following a 1200 to 1500 calorie a day meal plan. I plan to limit sugar to 0 or near to is as possible. I will use a stationary bike and walking as well as housework to attain this goal.
I am originally from Wisconsin but have lived in Illinois and Missouri since 1979 or so.
I love movies and books. My Kindle is one of my favorite ways to read books. I have osteoarthritis and am a massage therapist. Right now that is not compatible but I am working at getting back to work. Weight loss is part of that plan.
