My Goals:
1) Simplify--body, mind, soul, surroundings.
2) Stress less--breathe.
3) Enjoy the moment, and be present in it--stop thinking about the "next thing" all the time.
4) Focus and center.

My Program:
I plan on watching my portions, avoiding fast food as much as possible, being more aware of what it is that I'm fueling my body with, and being more conscious of what I am thinking about.
