This is year #2 with Spark. I haven't lost as much weight as my amazing friends, but I am in much better shape than I have been in a long time.

Half Marathon in January

Marathon in June- Rock 'n Roll Seattle

This is the year to finally get to goal weight. I haven't been at goal weight since 2000. Even if I go as slow as the turtle and lose 1-2 pounds a month, then I will make it. I ...

I know you won't, but I wish you would take any left over minutes when you do your crazy long runs and add it to another day. It will make me feel like I really earned it when I whoop you again this month!....Oh yeah that's a challenge emoticon
