Thank you! I am pretty fond of my swimsuit choice this year too. The only "bad" thing is that it is loose on me now which means I will have to spent $ on a new swimsuit before the summer is over. I love polka dots and black is a very slimming color. It really does hide my problem areas well.

We did go swimming for a few hours yesterday. It was relaxing and great exercise at the same time!

Have a great weekend!

Thanks a million Linda, for your explaining the colonoscopy to me. Your explanation is so more friendly than what the Dr.s and nurse told me. They really didn't tell me anything. Everyone here says yes have it, so I guess I will wait till Mon. and if they haven't called I will call them back. I can't call the Dr. that is going to do cause I don't even know he name, the nurse had it on a piece of paper and their No. but she took it back and said she would handle it. Guess, she didn't. Thanks, you it helped. Linda

Thank you for your comment on my blog post. Swimming is great for cooling off and exercise as well. We love it! I am glad my local pool chose to offer family pool passes this year. It doesn't feel like we have used them much yet but I am sure that will change once the weather is better here.

“Courage is not the absence of despair; it is, rather the capacity to move ahead in spite of despair.”
—Rollo May

Some days we wake up to overwhelming feelings that things look bleak. We see loss and danger around us, and we fear for the future. That is when our character is most tested. That is when we are called to continue to just put one foot in front of the other. There is no need to solve all our problems right away or to change the world immediately. Courage isn’t necessarily a feeling of confidence that we can triumph over all odds. It’s knowing that we can move ahead one step at a time, and it’s taking positive action in the face of our fears.
Each day we can do small things that are constructive. By these small things, we can place ourselves on the positive side of life’s equation. We can put our weight where we want to go. That is courage.
Today, in the face of my despair, I will focus my efforts on the side of my hopes and values

I just wanted to share my morning devotions with you today
