Some sleep study info for you...yes, you will feel like Medusa will all of the wires stuck to you! They use a special paste to stick all of them on your head. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get all hooked up! Don't worry, the paste washes out easily. Took two shampoos for me. Weird trying to sleep with wires everywhere! The bed was quite comfortable, though. I had so much trouble that they were able to give me the assistance with CPAP that night. Some people have to go back a second night for the actual sleeping with the CPAP. They could tell me that first night I slept much better with one! I still had to wait a few weeks for my sleep doctor to get the final report. I was a lot like you are now. I needed a nap on my breaks during the day because I was sleeping so poorly at night! Good luck! Let me know how it goes!

Sometimes the healthiest thing I can do for myself is to admit that I am not perfect. I am human. I make mistakes. Today I will have the courage to look the truth in the face, admit my errors and achievements, appreciate my growth. and make amends where I have done harm. I will not attempt to manage or control what is beyond my powers. I will dedicate myself to managing my own life, and only mine.

There is only one corner of the world you can be sure of improving.and that is your own self.

As I look at my fitness, nutrition and personal goals, I seek progress not perfection. I admit I am not perfect, but I am making positive changes and I rejoice in my growth as I seek to eliminate my character defects. Strength comes from facing adversity and not giving in, not surrendering, not giving up.
