My Goals:
I yo-yo like crazy with my weight. My goal is to get to 145 and stay there forever by being consistent with my eating habits. Unfortunately, I just looove food and tend to not know when to stop. I also have a problem with emotional eating that I must get a handle on.

My Program:
I am working out consistently and trying to keep track of my calories and make wise food choices.

Personal Information:
I''m Andrea from Northern Virginia. I was a high school English teacher for 15 years and am now a stay-at-home mom of two boys--Alessandro, 11 and Nicolas, 8. My husband is from Rome, Italy but has been in the US about 30 years. We mostly speak English at home (but sometimes Italian if we want to have a private conversation!)

Other Information:
I gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy and have been chubby on and off throughout my entire life. I love cycling and have recently completed my 7th MS 150 bike tour to raise money for multiple sclerosis research. I love to read bestsellers and attend Spinning and weightlifting classes at the gym.

Thanks for stopping by my page!! It's good to hear from new people. That is one of the reasons I love this page. We all have such common goals!!

I do like the Firm. I do the the '5 Day ABS' 5x a week. But, I also like to mix it up. Right now, I also use The walking dvd's and Jillian Michaels '30 Day Shred' dvd. I have a gym downstairs at my wk so I just go there for my breaks. That way I can get it all in so I don't have anything but family time with the kids when I get home.
