I do like the Firm. I do the the '5 Day ABS' 5x a week. But, I also like to mix it up. Right now, I also use The walking dvd's and Jillian Michaels '30 Day Shred' dvd. I have a gym downstairs at my wk so I just go there for my breaks. That way I can get it all in so I don't have anything but family time with the kids when I get home.
