I would like to be strong and fit - I love being active and I used to be pretty athletic. I have had several injuries that have set me back and I'd like to recover and lose the weight I've gained in a healthy way that lets me start doing things I enjoy. Hoping to be low stress, happy, and have a body that can run around in the world without injury.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose weight I've gained in the past year, but also to concentrate more on strength-training and building a healthy lifestyle. Building a body that's more resistant to injury.

My Program:
Monday: upper body, 30-40 min cardo
Tuesday: core, 10-15 min no resistance bike, 30 min other cardio
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: upper body, 10-15 min no resistance bike, 30 min other cardio
Friday: core, 30-40 min cardio
Saturday: upper body, 30-40 min cardio
Sunday: REST

Personal Information:
I like crafts, mostly crochet. We just bought our first place so I'm learning about furniture and interior design - on a budget. And I love documentary film. When I'm all healed up, I like to rock climb.
