The Skinny, Fat Guy

So, after a 2 year hiatus, I am back to getting regular exercise. I have been doing good for the last couple of months and have lost 30 pounds. By the end of the summer, I plan on being just as fit as I was when I was in the Navy, if not better.

My Goals:
My first weight goal is to hit 180 lbs. After that will be 170 lbs and the final goal will be 160 lbs. From their, I will tone and improve my times, especially for running.

My Program:
Plenty of cardio, emphasis on running but I like to mix it up and do hiking on the weekends. I have also recently added biking to and from school when weather permits. I try to do weights once or twice a week, minimum.
