My Goals:
My goals are simply to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise - instead of focusing on weight loss. The weight loss will come.
My Program:
Eating:
(1) Track food on the nutrition counter.
(2) Increase water, fiber, fruits & veggies.
(3) Cook frequently from JoAnna Lund's cookbooks. Her recipes are healthy, easy to prepare, and delicious!
Fitness:
(1) Exercise 4-5 days each week, using elliptical trainer and recumbent bike in our basement.
(2) Use Walk away the Pounds DVDs. Leslie Sansone and I are becoming very good friends.
Spiritual:
Without God in the equation, none of this will happen.
Personal Information:
My husband suffers from diabetes, heart disease and fibromyalgia; I'm just trying to take care of him and stay healthy.
