Hi! A little about me - I am a yoga teacher/dancer/biker (the black leather kind not pedal!)/Animal lover/outgoing/outdoorsy person.
I enjoy being very active especially outside from yoga, dancing, climbing, biking, hiking to walking with my puppies. I love competition and group sports although a nice solitary walk sometimes is great too or a nice ride into the sunset on the Harley! (great stress reliever)

My Goals:
I want to lose 15 lbs not too big of a deal but hard to break the plateau I've been on for the past two years!
I also want to get toned and have more stamina, it's harder for me because I do currently have a very active lifestyle already so a bit of lifehacking is in order.

My Program:
I eat using the Hungry Hottie method from Cynthia Pasquela - LOVE her.
I walk A LOT - at least 10,000 steps a day usually more on work days.
I do zumba twice a week, and yoga three times.
I meditate as well.

Personal Information:
From Northern New Mexico moved to Phoenix in Fall of 2005 - love my job and my business - I'm a life coach - emphasis on the wellness side.

HI & Thanks for the comment & words of encouragement. Fortunately things are finally going my way & in a better direction. I've found a job that I really like & just within the last 3 weeks (this is the start of my 4th) of being on track & headed in the right direction with my weight. I've lost almost 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks & feel so happy & proud of myself. Even went to the movies with my hubby this past weekend & I had NOOO popcorn. None, nada, zilch, zero. Thats quite a feat for me too. I'm one of those ones that likes so much butter, its soggy when you get to the bottom. Plan on keeping it going in the right direction. Have to Thank you for making a comment on my page cause it caused me to get back in here & maybe I'll get on track with SP too. Soo how has your goal come along? You set a goal for Memorial Day & it just passed. So how proud of yourself are you? I have a long way to go to hit 125 but I'm on my way. Thanks again emoticon
