It's Monday, a new week and a holiday for some. My daughter and I get to spend time together today.
This is my day to get serious about what I eat and tracking. There's work for me to do too--keep motivating myself and working on menus that are filling and healthy, yet within my calorie range. Also, I am looking for healthy snack foods.
Yesterday I spent time looking up exercises for lower back pain. Found out that if I use 2 tennis balls inside a sock and put them on a hard surface laying on them located where my pain is for 15 minutes it will help the pain. Yes, I will be buying those tennis balls today. Also, there are three exercises I can do.
It is Monday and back to the regular routine. The holiday time off is over, yet there is so much to look forward to. Like taking weight off because the goodies are gone, having time to exercise, and re-arranging the furniture now that the Christmas tree is down. Well these are my plans for today.
