The time is NOW

I have been on this journey for a while. I'd start a weight loss program and and fall off the wagon before its end of the month. I don't like feeling like a failure and feel that with this particular goal, I've failed more than I'd like. Irregardless of that, I know that I learned some very important things about myself.

I have realized i have been lacking one major thing, mental preparation. I have been bombarded with fear of being thin, the idea that it will never happen, or ...

It's Monday, a new week and a holiday for some. My daughter and I get to spend time together today.

This is my day to get serious about what I eat and tracking. There's work for me to do too--keep motivating myself and working on menus that are filling and healthy, yet within my calorie range. Also, I am looking for healthy snack foods.

Yesterday I spent time looking up exercises for lower back pain. Found out that if I use 2 tennis balls inside a sock and put them on a hard surface laying on them located where my pain is for 15 minutes it will help the pain. Yes, I will be buying those tennis balls today. Also, there are three exercises I can do.

It is Monday and back to the regular routine. The holiday time off is over, yet there is so much to look forward to. Like taking weight off because the goodies are gone, having time to exercise, and re-arranging the furniture now that the Christmas tree is down. Well these are my plans for today.

Sure hope you have a magnificent Monday...today only comes once, so please enjoy it.

Just have to stop by to wish you an awesome weekend, and a fantastic Friday. I want you to know I value your friendship very much.

MaeLi has been sick with that stomach flu bug. And is still home from school. I hope I do not get it. Right now I am feeling a little funny. So I am doubling up on my zinc and probiotics.
