My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds by March, 2013, when I start shopping for a mother of the bride dress. I've GOT to make my ex husband drop his jaw!

I'm going to stick to a Sparkpeople meal plan in the hopes it will keep me on track.

I commented on Animal Lovers. Adopt better eating habits, and exercise when you can, It does help to track your food so you can make changes where you need to.
I didn't get much exercise when I was working, got out of the habit of walking at lunch, but when I retired I began going to the gym 3 days a week.
You have plenty of time to lose that 50 lbs. Stick with it, don't get discouraged. emoticon emoticon
