Hi, I saw your Pagan Place posting and wanted to come by and offer support and this:

My advice would be to remember that you are a precious child of the Goddess and you are Loved. That love is not affected by your weight or what you ate. The more you love yourself, the more you will want to make healthy choices, because you deserve a strong and healthy body. And when you treat yourself with wisdom, compassion and respect, you honor Her.

On a more practical level, I've been meditating for a few months and really like it. There's a new book with 4 meditations on a CD by Sharon Salzberg called "Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation." I haven't finished it yet, but it's very good, and appropriate for a beginner. And as far as Spark support goes, you are welcome to check out the team I just started a week and a half ago, the Babystep Brigade. If our one tiny step at a time approach appeals to you, feel free to join us.
