Time for Life changes

I am 31 years old, and have struggled with my weight since I was about 17 years old. Back in 2008 I got on a kick to lose weight and within about 1 1/2 years I was able to lose 120 lbs (300 down to 180) with myself just cutting out certain things (soda, pork, lower sodium intake, and eating smaller portions) and adding physical activities (gym, walking, etc).

However, since 2011 I've had several major stressful somewhat traumatic things happen that sadly I have gained nearly 50 lbs ...

However, since 2011 I've had several major stressful somewhat traumatic things happen that sadly I have gained nearly 50 lbs back. I have always been an emotional eater.

As of April 1, I decided I have to get my health back under control (both sides of family have diabetes and heart issues). I've started exercising again, and am focusing on eating healthier and have started a 21 day detox (hardest part is giving up sugars that aren't natural).
