Once again.

Update. It's 2010. I've gained it all back this last year plus some. So now I start again. At least I know what to do and that it is possible.

Right now I'm just focusing on walking everyday and getting back into the swing of eating right. I am going to try and follow the spark ppl meal plan for a few weeks.

2008 Is going to be amazing!!! My friend Shannon and I are ready to make some serious changes to our lives. We aren't making resolutions this year, we have vision! I know this year will be wonderful, not sure why I know this, I just do.

Its time to say good bye to all the pictures I hate of myself and feeling lumpy and fat. Good bye to getting out of breath from going up stairs at 25 years old!

I started at 165. I my goal is 130, but for me the number isn't what i'm going to focus to much on. I want to be healthy, wear a size 6 or smaller, and look hott!

oh and I'm marrying the man of my dreams soon! May 23rd, 2008!!!


Up Date 12-31-08
2008 was amazing. I lost all the weight that i set out to lose. I became a certified personal trainer, got married, and am on my way to becoming a self employed trainer!

This year has had some hard times too. I had to quit my job for mental health reasons. My brother went to Iraq. In this last month I went on a new med that makes me have the appetite of a horse, and I've gained back about 10 of the pounds I lost.

So I'm back on my weight loss journey. But also on my way to helping others do the same!

Walking everyday right now. In march I'm going to do a womens fitness boot camp. which will be 5 days a week for an hour for 4 weeks.

Saw in the huddle that you needed support. I'm starting over too after gaining back nearly all the weight I had lost three years ago. You know you can do it because you've done it before! I know it's not easy but think positive and keep up the good work! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Saw your huddle! You're not alone in starting over this year. I'm here to get my diet back on track, and start walking every day too... I also use mypyramid.gov to make sure I'm eating enough of every food group. It helps to see where the extra fat/oil calories are coming from!
