Time for a Change
Living a busy live in any big city is challenging. Food and socializing in Asia is lovely, but it is taking it's toll on my health.
I am a parent of 2 lovely kids and I would like to set a good example. I have lost weight before and went from 83kg to 65kg. This was over a period of 2 years, starting 11 years ago. Now slowly the weight has piled back on again.
Once more it is time to take control.
This time it is not to loose weight so I can get pregnant.

It is not for family.
It is all for ME .... I want to feel happy, healthy, sexy, not for others but for ME. Getting older means that there is now time for me and if there isn't any, I need to make the time.
