Getting fit

Had a busy last few months with moving 200 miles a few weeks before my wedding, then the wedding and honeymoon. Unfortunately not the best thing for a diet so I lost a lot of progress that I had made before. I am working on a gym in my basement and hopefully it will be up and running soon so I can get back into the swing of things quickly.

Hi, PHOENIXSAE. I notice that generally speaking, men don't participate much in co-ed P90X Sparkers, but men communicate plenty in 50+ Males. I started a team called P90X Men for men only, thinking guys doing P90X might exchange a lot more in a men's only group. I invite you to check it out, huddle with the team, and see if there are any threads there you'd like to join or if you'd like to start a thread of your own. Looking forward to seeing you there.

So glad to hear everything is going great with the pregnancy, I bet you guys are getting exciting. I can't believe how fast the time has gone by!!!!
I used to work at an OBGYN and I loved when I got to listen to the babies heartbeats and see the US pictures.
