My Goals:
*Run a 5K this summer (2012)
*Start training for a 10K in the fall
*Get back into my skinniest jeans by the end of the year
*Become the healthiest, strongest version of me that I can become

My Program:
My program is gluten free not by choice but also low carb for the most part. I try to focus on lean meats, good fats and vegetables. I like to use kettlebells at least 3x a week and some sort of cardio on my off days.

Personal Information:
I'm a 30-something nurse that lives in western NY...sorry, you don't get any more than that! ; )

Other Information:
Fall down seven times, stand up eight.
