Working hard on staying focused. Using as many "tools" as possible - Now with a Nutritionist and psychologist (eating "dis-order" since childhood).. Tonight when I get home from work - going to put up photos out of the clothing catalog of the items I will treat myself to each time I go down one size! Focus stay with me!!! emoticon

Great quote!!! In just a few days people have noticed the positive change in me. I am starting to enjoy going to the gym - and miss that my schedule does not allow it for today. Tomorrow also busy with work - but, I'll be dancing tomorrow at an event and burning those calories, stretching this body!!!! Energizing my body, mind and spirit!!! emoticon

I've made all the excuses that we all have. This time has to be THE one! Recently one of my precious patients passed - she was 42 years of age.. profoundly handicapped with cerebral palsy, heart disease, etc. I was blessed to have her in my life for 18 years. My precious Carra could not speak, walk or do anything for herself, so many things which we take for granted. I am making a promise to my ANGEL that I will walk "for" her - She spent her life bringing joy and love to so many of us that are gifted with healthy bodies - always laughing, smiling and reaching out to touch your heart. Carra * YOU will be, you ARE my inspiration! emoticon
