I've had a lot of starts, stops, ups, and downs over the past few years, and have come to a point that I understand that my health is so much more than my body. I certainly want to lose weight, but more than that, I want to be more healthy mentally - exercise gives me clarity and a centeredness that I don't find anywhere else.

Hey hey,

How's about this? You and I each just take it one day at a time. I see that I'm at a bit of a plateau now, as well, so I'mma just ignore it and keep doing what I do. Trust yourself to do the right things to stay healthy and be accountable to YOU. After all, YOU'RE the boss of you. June 30th is just a date, just a number. We'll get there with or without the calendar. emoticon That being said, I'm aiming for July 1st for my goal. emoticon heheh... emoticon
