Since joining Spark, I have lost about thirty pounds. I am actually an expert at losing weight as I have done it many times. Too many. I've lost and gained the same 10, 20, 30 pounds over and over again. Now that I am at goal, my plan is to stay there. I have managed so far for ten months. I keep an eye on the scale and try not to let myself get more than 2-3 pounds away from the lower end of my goal. Once I see that gain, I increase exercise, decrease calories, or both, until I am back where I want to be. It is a lot easier to lose 3 pounds than 30. I also remind myself of how hard it was to get in good physical shape. I love the energy I have now, and I don't want to have to start all over again.

Which book did you order? If it's I Can Make You Thin - you'll really enjoy it (and the cd/meditation is great too).

My daughter has a Wii and I tried the Zumba on there but couldn't do it. I have LOADS of DVDs - even VHS' tapes with workouts so no lacking of variety (I even have books that suggest 15mins workouts - I just have to DO IT lol).
