Since joining Spark, I have lost about thirty pounds. I am actually an expert at losing weight as I have done it many times. Too many. I've lost and gained the same 10, 20, 30 pounds over and over again. Now that I am at goal, my plan is to stay there. I have managed so far for ten months. I keep an eye on the scale and try not to let myself get more than 2-3 pounds away from the lower end of my goal. Once I see that gain, I increase exercise, decrease calories, or both, until I am back where I want to be. It is a lot easier to lose 3 pounds than 30. I also remind myself of how hard it was to get in good physical shape. I love the energy I have now, and I don't want to have to start all over again.

I meant to answer you sooner...and forgot. :)

On our snorkelling trip, we saw turtles (hawksbill sea turtles), and lots of fish: Seargent Majors, Black Snappers, Parrotfish, puffer fish, blue-headed wrasse and lots more that I don't know the names of.
