My Phit-N-Phat Journey

I am a personal trainer who has lost over 110lbs. I was overweight my entire life until I decided only I could change my life. Once I got out of my own way I started living a life I always dreamed.

I'm in my 7th year of maintenance between competition weight of 137lbs and 145-155lbs while building muscle in the off season. Because I lived too long unhealthy I have to work hard in the "off season" eating a lot of clean foods, heavy lifting, and adding weight.

It's taken a few years of this process but my body continues to change in ways I WANT IT TO! Woot!

My Goals:
To complete SEVERAL races in 2012 - Tough Mudders, Half Marathons and what ever else I can sign up for! At least 10-12 on the calendar right now!

My Program:
I maintain on 2200-2400 calories a day and when I want to tighten up a tad I eat around 1700. Eat as much as you to lose if you want to lose FAT.

I use a variety of programs: P90X2, Asylum/Insanity, and other Beachbody Programs.

I also will incorporate my own bootcamps, bleachers, and regular strength workouts depending on the races I have coming up.

I run 3-4 times a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Corinne and my website is www.phit-n-phat.com.

I have lost over 110lbs and found that anyone can learn to eat and exercise right. I help women see that they CAN do it. Your mind and what you think you CAN do defines what you WILL do.

Other Information:
2011/12 Accomplishments:
7 Half Marathons
1 Warrior Dash
1 Tough Mudder with a 1/2 marathon THE NEXT DAY
2 Figure Competitions
And a lot of little 3-10 mile races in between.
3 3-day Fitness Camps

What a motivation! I really needed to run across your page today. I feel like I'm stuck on the scale, but I know if I keep going eventually it will have no choice, but to continue to come off. It just seems like it's never going to get there, but your page is sending my motivation back in the positive direction. Thank you.

Wow, you look Awesome. I vaguely remember when I looked that way but a car accident 8yrs ago & not being to workout has alas helped me to evolve to how I look now.

Not so young anymore and sad to say I probably will not look as good again but I have recently joined a gym again & am trying very hard to achieve a look I'm happy with. Man is it alot harder when you are older.

Thanks for being an inspiration.

God Bless you lady emoticon

Ginny...my best advice is to find a goal that is activity related. For me I do races. I'm not ever going to win but there is a thrill in collecting t-shirts, medals, and the experience. It has kept me focused and gives me something to accomplish!
