My Phit-N-Phat Journey
I am a personal trainer who has lost over 110lbs. I was overweight my entire life until I decided only I could change my life. Once I got out of my own way I started living a life I always dreamed. I'm in my 7th year of maintenance between competition weight of 137lbs and 145-155lbs while building muscle in the off season. My Goals:
To complete SEVERAL races in 2012 - Tough Mudders, Half Marathons and what ever else I can sign up for! At least 10-12 on the calendar right now!
My Program:
I maintain on 2200-2400 calories a day and when I want to tighten up a tad I eat around 1700. Eat as much as you to lose if you want to lose FAT. I use a variety of programs: P90X2, Asylum/Insanity, and other Beachbody Programs. I also will incorporate my own bootcamps, bleachers, and regular strength workouts depending on the races I have coming up. I run 3-4 times a week.

2011/12 Accomplishments: 7 Half Marathons 1 Warrior Dash 1 Tough Mudder with a 1/2 marathon THE NEXT DAY 2 Figure Competitions And a lot of little 3-10 mile races in between. 3 3-day Fitness Camps
