hello, there. i noticed we have similar weight goals. you seem to be doing really well -- 10 pounds already! that's excellent.
i also noticed that one of your goals is to eat raw foods for breakfast. one of the best things to try are "green smoothies" -- do 60 percent fruit and 40 percent veggies, they're delicious. for example: 1 banana, 1 peach and 2 stalks of celery and a 1 cup of water. All you taste is the fruit, while still getting the benefits of the veggies. i love them :) 3604 days ago
