Hello, I try to eat “sensibly”. I have been on a 1200 -1300 calorie diet and a minimum of 30 minutes of daily exercise daily. I have completely omitted red meat from my diet and decreased chicken and eggs to once per week. I eat fruits and vegetable 3 to 4 times daily and drink 62 + ozs of water.
