You Only Get Out As Much As You Put In!

I am a 20-something female who values a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys working out! I do my best to eat healthy and to work out at least 4-5 days per week. I am a runner, so I try to run at least two days per week (when I am not actively training for a long race), and on other days I enjoy workouts such as yoga, pilates, cardio kickboxing, zumba, weight training, and using cardio equipment such as the elliptical machine. I do my best to have a balanced workout plan, though admittedly when ...

My goals for 2011 include eating consistently healthier, cutting back on my alcohol intake, continuing to work out at least 4-5 days per week, and to keep a balanced workout. I'm looking forward to 2011 being my healthiest and most fit year yet!

Dude! The American Cheese I had yesterday in my sandwich was worse (larger section of the pie chart) then half a slice of cheesecake! Crap!
