Rising from the Ashes

I'm back! I lost almost 40 pounds with SP, then left for a short time. This site is such an awesome resource, but also contributes to my tendency to procrastinate and put off other important things I need to be doing with my life! However, in the past few weeks my weight has already started to slowly creep up, probably because I haven't been as diligent about my exercise or food intake. So I'm back to use the tools to keep track of my food and exercise, and to give and get encouragement to/from ...

Thanks for the goodie! My work trip is going well, but very busy. Will be glad to be home eating regular food instead of the bloat-inducing restaurant food!

Thanks for the goodie girl! It was good to hear from you! How are you doing? I hope you and your family are enjoying the holiday season! I have been at a stand still as far as pounds dropping which can be frustrating when your really trying but at the same time as long as I don't gain any throughout the holidays I will call that a win ;) Hope you are doing well!!!!

I thought the same thing when I started doing the Blogilates workouts! DH even commented on it since he could hear her, but wasn't watching the screen. I keep doing them because she always has new moves and the workouts are short, so I can fit them into whatever I'm doing for the day.
