2008 - This year, I'm going to reach my goal

I will be 40 years old this year. I've always envisioned myself being this totally together person by the time I was 40, and it's time that I just go on and be the person I want to be. I am no longer going to be ruled by my fears. I will be organized. I will be more confident. I'm not going to be concerned with what other people think. And I'm going to reach my fitness goals. Not TRY, I'm going to DO IT! I really want to accomplish this, and I feel like I have the tools (thanks, Spark!) ...

emoticon I am so happy you have joined our Weight Loss Cafe! We are going to blow this out of the water. This is a journey we will be on together and doesnít happen overnight. It is a matter of baby steps. We need to change our lifestyle and habits.
