Downsizing the healthy way!

My name is Rachael and my goal is to downsize the healthy way. I want to focus on fitness and healthy eating instead of just obsessing about the number on the scale. I'm looking at this adventure as more of a life change then a "lose weight by summer" plan.

My Goals:
I don't have a particular weight in mind, but I'd like for my BMI to be in the "normal" range (16 lbs to go!) and I'd REALLY like for my thighs not to touch!

My Program:
My main focus is changing my lifestyle. So I'm not trying to do anything that I couldn't sustain indefinitely. Which means, I exercise at least 3x/wk and try to incorporate healthier food choices into my life. I'm also working on cutting back on my calories so that I can lose some weight. My ultimate plan is to keep this up long enough for eating healthier and exercising becomes part of my lifestyle.
