Hi, I am a 26-year-old who wants to be fit and healthy. My goal for my weight is to be in the healthy range for my height. I joined SP for accountability. Hi, I am a 26-year-old who wants to be fit and healthy. My goal for my weight is to be in the healthy range for my height. I joined SP for accountability. I always told myself that Iíll start my diet on ĎMondayĎ, then always seem to make excuses to push it back. Iím tired of it. Itís a cycle that has to end. Iím going to be more active and eat healthier foods. I want to be have my confidence back. Iím self-conscious about my weight and itís so annoying. To be honest, I am tired. Tired of not being able to find something to wear, tired of feeling embarrassed about how I look. On the Biggest Loser, the contestants mention how their weight prevents them from living life to the fullest. I understand that because I feel the same way. When I lose the weight , I am hoping to be able to take a trip and not be concerned about how Iíll look in the pictures. So, I am determined to lose the weight and gain my life back.
