I am starting my day with Zumba Wii, afternoon walking 1 miles. I end the day with 30 min. on the including strength training and elliptical "changed to 40-min" I am drinking water first thing in the morning, and before each meal or anytime I eat to get in 64 oz. daily.

Saw your comment on the "more bang for the Buck" thread. Love your popcorn idea. I have almost stooped with popcorn because microwave kind really isn't that healthy and the effort to pop corn in a pan without burning is just not worth it. I'm gonna try microwaving in a paper bag this weekend. thanks for posting the suggestion.
