I am due Nov 9, 2011, as far as I can tell. I still have the ultrasound to do in a few weeks, so that number may change.

I hope you are alright. I am glad you are making a comeback too! I just did a few months ago. Many of us did in fact.

Thanks for checking in. I've been pretty consistent with exercise, but not quite reaching my 4500 calorie burn goal, but I will eventually.

I have good and bad days with Candida, but once I cleaned up my act and made some alterations to my diet, I've been feeling better.

I hear the Yoga Meltdown is nothing like a traditional, relaxing session, but more like a circuit training workout which I am okay with.

How are things with you?
