My Goals:
1. Go from 155 to 145 by the end of August, and then start looking for a wedding dress!

2. Run a half marathon at the end of September

3. Once I reach the weight of 145, go from 145 - 135 by Christmas

4. Maintain, maintain, maintain!

My Program:
I've recently discovered Jillian Michaels and her 30 Day Shred dvd, as well as her No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvds. My plan is to work through 30 days of the "Shred", and add in the other dvds as well. I also have to build up my endurance again for the half marathon. I'm hoping it will look like this:

Mon: NMTZ, run
Tues: 30 DS
Wed: 30 DS
Thurs: BFBM
Fri: 30 DS, run
Sat: NMTZ
Sun: long run

I am also back into counting calories, and trying to stay in the 1250 - 1550 zone (as per SP's recommendation)

And last, but not least, drinking more water than I ever have before!


Personal Information:
I am proud to be Canadian!

Other Information:
I'm getting married in September 2010 and I need to be comfortable with my weight by then because I want the way I look to be the last thing on my mind that day.
I also need to get back into the lifestyle I had two years ago, when taking care of myself were top priority.
Kids may also be in my future in a few years, and I want to make sure I'm in the best shape I can be before, during and after the pregnancy.

You should definitely take pictures! They're fun to have around. Like I had said in my blog I wish I had pictures for the first 60 pounds!!
Also I am definitely planning on trying out NMTZ. I think it will be REALLY hard and I might not be able to do it all right away. I'm still just kinda getting started on strength more recently. It will be good for me though when I get a little more advanced.

Thanks for my blog comment. i didn't mean that I'm not excited about the 11 pounds. That is GREAT in a month and I am super super happy about it, I exceeded my expectations and goals. I just meant the difference between the pictures is just an 11 pound loss... which isn't going to show any real drastic change.
