To be PHAT again!
There was a time in my life when I focused on myself, but now it is all about kids and family. Every day stress has me turning to food and the TV for comfort. It is time to feed my spirit and not my body. I do not desire that teenage body any longer. What I desire is inner peace and contentment with who I am. I would love to be that fit, good looking, older woman. The one with energy and stamina who continues to care for and love others and at the same time taking care of and loving myself.

Hi, my name is Deborah. I am a 6th grade teacher in the Midwest. I am married with three children; 20, 19, and 17 (although I tend to unofficially adopt many others). I love to fill my home and life with children and family. Unfortunately, this can add to my personal stress level, and I often tend to comfort myself with food and quiet, seditary activities.
