your body is probably retaining water protecting your body from the new stress you are putting on it from working out. drink 16 cups of water today which is what i do especially when i have a good work out. there are several watter challenges that are awesome. swear to you that once i drank over 34 cups of water in one day and lost 4 pounds the next day. 2695 days ago
