I made that recipe tonight! So good! I wrapped the chicken in the lettuce like a burrito... my oh my! Never thought of using crasions and walnuts.. it had just enough crunch and tons of flavor.

Not sure if Dre told you but my hubby is an attorney. I feel you on wanting to get your health in check. I will be much easier handling the stress of work and health. Keeping it all together can def be a challenge. YOU CAN DO IT!
