my goals are to stay focused and to lose at least 2 pounds a week and to walk 5 to 6 days a week. 2 pounds is easy to do and not that hard of a struggle. i figure in a year i should have lost at least 100 pounds.
THE PROGRAM THAT I AM DOING CONSIST OF STAYING WITHIN 1800 CALORIES A DAY AND LOTS OF WATER,(GALLON A DAY) AND ON MY WORKOUTS I START WITH 1 MILE FOR A MONTH AND INCREASE A MILE EVERY MONTH UNTIL I REACH 5 MILES AND THEN I WILL START A JOGGING PROGRAM.
