All about me

I have been overweight since I was a child and I have let different factors keep me that way NOT ANYMORE! I am making my weight loss all about me: loving me, building confidence, and a stronger self-esteem.
My goals are to: cardio 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes, strength training 3 times a week for 30 minutes, track my calories, and write in a journal everyday.
