I have joined Weight Watchers. Paying more attention to my portion sizes. Writing down everything that I put in my mouth and just how I feel for the day. I am drinking more water on a daily basis. Finally, I'm up to 8-9 cups of water a day. I am still working on getting my 3 to 4 days of cardio and strength training in.
You totally rocked the November challenge girl! Way to go on 5.2 pounds gone forever, especially congratulations on maintaining over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! Keep it up girl! See ya over in the December Challenge.
