I joined Spark People in 10/09 to learn healthy habits and lose weight. I had lost 12# but gained it back last year ('12) after a very long bout with walking pneumonia, bronchitis and allergies. My exercise program really suffered during this time. I started SP again this year because it works. I have lost 9 so far and will not stop until I reach my goal.

My Goals:
Work on my health from all angles and gradually lose 18#.


My Program:
1_ Do the South Beach diet, combined with Spark People, until I reach my goals. Shoot for goal attainment by 5/31/14.

2_210 or more fitness points/week.

3_ Work out at health club at least twice/week OR start doing weights/yoga at home for 20 minutes/day.

4_More veggies (fruits when I can on South Beach).

5_Spark People Every Day!

6_Reduce wine drinking by half to 60%.
