Me too!! My goal is to walk the dog everyday, and to walk between 30 and 70 minutes. Theres a really nice path near my house that takes me 70 minutes to walk and I love it, but not in the winter. The inside walking is a backup, to eliminate my favorite excuse "it's too cold" lol
Also I am doing just 8 little strengthening exercises, six days a week. Upper on Monday, lower on Tuesday, core on Wednesday, then I start over. I am going to build up to 3 sets but right now I'm doing one set and it takes maybe 10 minutes. So 10 minutes of strengthening a day.
I weight 237.2, as of January 1st and it is so hard to move my heavy self!!! But I am going to get fit this year and then I want to go learn how to surf and learn parkour . Wouldn't that be incredible!!! =)

My dd makes froz dinners for the month. I don't think hubby would be too appreciative and besdie we are both home now. Till long term disability figures what to do with me I am not working. Will see as they are bck to seeing what I can do as a job.... not sure if my upcoming knee surg. will slow that process down or not.
