I found that quote one day while flipping through my desk calendar and thought it just "fit." So now I'm doing my best to live each day by making the most of myself. I know that means living healthier by eating nutritious foods, getting exercise daily, and drinking 8+ cups of water a day. I WILL do this- because if I don't, nobody else will!

My Goals:
*Lose 50 pounds- 5 lbs at a time! *Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week *Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day *Stop the negative self talk!!
My Program:
*Stay within calorie range *Exercise 30 minutes a day 6 days a week *Drink 8+ glasses of water daily *Limit sugary and high sodium content foods
Personal Information:
I live in Mt. Vernon, OH with my wonderfully supportive husband and two energetic children. I used to teach at the Elementary level, but now I'm a SAHM. In my free time I love to scrapbook, read, and spend time with my family.
Other Information:
When I have free time I love to scrapbook, make cards, bake/cook SP recipes... I also sew, cross stitch, and I love to read!
