My Goals:
-Lose 1-2 pounds per week.
-Drink at least 8 cups of water a day
-Stay within my healthy calorie range.
-Build enough endurance to keep me from getting winded on stairs.
-Strengthen my muscles, I'd love to do a "real" push up.
-Fit back into my old clothes, or even possibly fit into smaller sizes.
-Try and stay positive everyday, no matter what the scale says.
-Start reading again, workout the brain, too.
-Be able to walk the Pacific Crest Trail with my husband.

My Program:
I do strength training on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Cardio is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
I follow Weight Watchers, as well as count calories, although WW is pretty good at keeping me in range.


Personal Information:
I currently live in Newport, Oregon and love every minute of it. I'm married to the most awesome person I've ever met. I'm a huge horror fan, thats movies, books and all things creepy.

Hey!! Haven't heard from you in a while and I am guessing that, like many of us, you have had some sort of set back. I just want to say that it isn't a big deal and you can get back on track. Don't let yourself settle, your more than your size and you deserve to be happy. Anyway, that's my two cents. When you come back to sp please get in touch with me. oh yes! i had a blast! it sure kicked my butt, but that's what i'm beginning to love about this training. each week takes me to another level of running.

that's really neat that you get to run outside! i'm very jealous. hopefully in about a month it'll be warm enough for me to run outside! ha ha

keep rockin'! you are doing so awesome! thanks for the motivation to keep me going on this training. it's nice to have someone at the same stage as me. :)
