Weekdays- Breakfast- weight control oatmeal (160cal) Lunch- turkey on light weight, lite ruffles, apple (300) Snack- light popcorn (100) Dinner- 400- calories (keeping to YOU! rules) NO SODA, lots of water Turbo Sculpt (3Xweek) Walking 30 mins 6X a week
