P.S. We all falter! The trick is to get back on track as soon as possible! The longer it takes you to get back on track, the harder to re-lose the weight. You really CAN do this!
Some days are easier than others to stay at 1200 calories...I think the secret is to fill up on low calorie foods ( vegetables, salads. etc.) then eat small amounts of your favorite foods. This works best when I have planned my menu for the day.
