My Goals:
To be a positive influence for my family, friends and especially my children.

To workout 3-4 times a week making it a lifestyle and not just a means to an end.

To not obsess about weight but develop a positive healthy body image.

My Program:
Work out with Bob & Jillian 3-4 times a week. I love the videos

Run/Bike for 30 - 40 minutes on alternating days.

Practice Meditation and Yoga several days a week for flexibility.

Log my nutrition info daily or as soon as possible.

Personal Information:
I love to cook. I am a self-proclaimed nutritionist. But love flaxseed and herbal tea.

I sabotage myself sometimes by rewarding myself with treats at the end of the day. I get down on myself b/c I've worked hard all day and blow it right before bed.

Hey chickie! How are you doing on your "Fit for life" program? I'm doing pretty good and still going strong. I'm sorry I missed all your calls - it has been a zoo lately and I gotta get better.
