FOOD IS FUEL
Hello!! I use to be a college athlete and really want to get into shape for health reasons. My back has been really bad, and I just had to have surgery. I need my core to be strengthened so I can live a normal, pain free life. I have lost 40lbs in the past, and due to back problems and having to have bed rest I have gained 20 of it back. All I wanted to eat is poptarts and popsicles. I am now able to excercise and have just joined the YMCA because of the heat here in the Carolinas! ...

I need my core to be strengthened so I can live a normal, pain free life. I have lost 40lbs in the past, and due to back problems and having to have bed rest I have gained 20 of it back. All I wanted to eat is poptarts and popsicles. I am now able to excercise and have just joined the YMCA because of the heat here in the Carolinas! So far being a member of spark people has been very helpful to keep be accountable for the food that I eat and the excercise that I have to do. I will look great in a bikini!

I am working out 4 days a week cardio and 3 days a week strength and eating between 1200-1500 calories a day.
