I'm 43, live in South Florida with my wife, 3 kids and 2 cats, and 1 dog. I signed up with Team In Training and ran my first half-marathon at Disney on October 1, 2011, followed by my second half-marathon in Miami Beach on January 29, 2012.

My next goal is to run a 10K.

Hi Peter, thanks for stopping by my blog. Yes, I definitely listen to my body. It was weird experiencing the out of nowhere knee pain. It would be one thing if I bumped my knee or twisted it the wrong way. Just happy the pain went away.

I am not a fan of the bikini...I will give this "look" one season and then see if the look stays or goes. You guys have it so easy.
